Trinity Cross Bulldogs ,do guarantee the
purchased puppy to be healthy and up to date on vaccinations and worming on the day of purchase. The purchaser/Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, of their choice, within 3 business days of the purchase date. If the veterinarian deems the puppy unfit for purchase due to a congenital disorder, the puppy may be returned for full refund. The purchaser will need to have a signed letter from the veterinarian stating the diagnosis along with the name, telephone number and address of the clinic where the examination was performed. The buyer is solely responsible for any fees associated with having the puppy examined by their vet and any subsequent treatment performed on said puppy.. If a problem is found, the puppy must be returned promptly before the seller will assume responsibility of care. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the puppy to the seller. After 3 business days, the puppy is covered for 1 year by a replacement guarantee in which the puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value. Miscommunication does occur from time to time. If this should happen, a refund of the deposit will be given and the seller will not be responsible for the mix up. if the puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening congenital defect, the seller will replace the puppy with a puppy from the next available litter and the seller will choose the puppy they deem is of equal value. The contract does not cover common puppy ailments such as viral or bacterial infection, pneumonia, small umbilical hernia's, communicable diseases such as kennel cough, coccidia, giardia or viral infections caused by the owner not following up on puppy’s vaccination and worming protocol. Your puppy will need a vaccination every 2-3 weeks until it is 16 weeks old, then annually. Your puppy will need regular worming and heartworm preventative monthly. Guarantee does not cover common breed related problems such as cherry eye, entropion, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares skin allergies or localized demodex. The contract does not guarantee a puppy that dies from heat stroke, drowning or insect bite. Buyer agrees to provide climate controlled indoor environment, supervision near water and while the dog is outside. Buyer agrees that the contract is void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care. Seller is not responsible for temperament issues as they can be caused by lack of training, discipline or proper socialization. Seller makes no promise of fertility or success in the show ring even if the puppy is sold as a show prospect. Detailed written instruction has been provided regarding the minimal care of bulldogs and by signing below, Buyer agrees that they have read, agree to and understand the contract and information provided on the minimal care information sheet

Please print and sign a contract when you purchase puppy and either mail a copy or bring a copy with you when you pick up your puppy. We will return a signed copy to you by mail or give you a signed copy at pick up.
